Grace Burga
Fellow Experience Coordinator
Grace provides operational support, leads cohort communications and assists with program delivery. She is passionate about social justice and educational equity and is dedicated to working with underprivileged communities. Previously, Grace was a support coordinator for adults with developmental disabilities at Shift New Jersey, where she advocated and identified specialized needs for her clients. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and women’s and gender studies from Rutgers University, New Brunswick. As a product of the Rutgers Future Scholars program, she was inspired to work in education and expand opportunities for youth. A proud Peruvian immigrant, Grace is driven to create inclusive spaces for individuals with multicultural backgrounds and diverse upbringings. She credits her upbringing for her love of and commitment to her community.
