Kaitlyn You

Kaitlyn supports operational and programmatic delivery functions across AYLF, managing the program’s financial processes, accounting, legal and risk, and event-production needs. Prior to joining AYLF, she worked at the Urban Institute’s Research to Action Lab, supporting a portfolio of projects related to housing affordability and stability with an emphasis on racial equity. Before that, she worked on special projects and was a program and operations coordinator at the Aspen Institute’s College Excellence Program. Kaitlyn also has been an exam proctor and graduate assistant at University of Chicago, intern at an accounting firm and advising assistant at American University School of International Services, among other roles. She has master’s degrees in public policy from University of Chicago and in management from Georgetown University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in international studies from American University.
