Natalie has over 18 years’ experience in program design, marketing and communications, fundraising, and social impact initiatives. A key player in the storytelling essential to driving AYLF’s impact, she is also an artist, driving projects in business development and strategy through her consulting practice, Apogee Creative. Prior to her current role with AYLF, Natalie was associate director of communications and development. She has held several roles at the Aspen Institute, including go-to-market strategy and experiential learning design with the Aspen Challenge youth leadership program and program and partnership development and operations with the Aspen Words literary organization. Natalie believes that business can catalyze meaningful societal change and is passionate about innovating ideas that benefit humanity and the environment. She has a Bachelor of Arts in studio art from Macalester College and an MBA from Duke University.
