Demi Trimm

Born and raised on the island of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Demi has demonstrated a strong commitment to her community through service and collaboration. She is a proud first-generation college graduate from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting and a minor in Finance. Post grad, Demi has served over 1700 hours with City Year Miami as a first-year Student Success Coach and Team Leader, interned with Deloitte Business Tax Services, and was a part of the Inaugural AYLF Miami Cohort. Currently, Demi is a Grants and Program Associate with the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands (CFVI). She continues to form partnerships within the Miami community to address and raise awareness on food insecurity through “Fridge of PlentyMiami.” Demi is highly motivated to continue learning and applying her skill as she aspires to attend graduate school and earn a dual master’s degree in Accountancy and Public Administration. Through her dedication to serving the next cohort of fellows in her community, she aims to build a diverse, inclusive, and equitable experience for all.
