Dorise Clark

Dorise Clark is a student at Arkansas State University pursuing her Master of Athletic Training. She graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences in 2023. In 2022, Dorise joined the TRIO program, where she had the opportunity to conduct research and present at the 2022 MKN Heartland McNair Research Conference. Dorise graduated from Kipp Delta Collegiate High School in 2020 while concurrently obtaining her associate’s degree from Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas. She is an AYLF Senior Fellow, and dedicated to serving her community and paying it forward to younger generations, which was inspired by her mentor and godfather, Dr. Phillip Lockhart Sr. Upon completion of her M.A.T., Dorise intends to pursue a doctorate’s degree in the sports medicine field. In her new role with AYLF as a youth facilitator, Dorise is excited to provide a safe learning space and inspire positive change within communities. She aims to guide and support Fellow on their journey through life, just like the amazing individuals who influenced her own path thus far.
