Puneet Kaur

Puneet is a project manager at Create&, an innovation strategy firm that uses design sprints (and trains future makers in the framework) to help clients design ecosystems of change that launch big ideas and solve wicked problems. In 2022, she earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from University of Illinois, Chicago, where she was recognized with the Engineering Expo Best Project award for her senior design project. Puneet volunteers with Feed My Starving Children, participates in community reading initiatives to promote literacy as a member of Bernie’s Book Club, and helps with community outreach and events as a volunteer at her local temple. She wants to leverage her expertise in engineering and the business world to drive impactful strategies that achieve business objectives and positively contribute to societal well-being. She aims to lead projects that integrate innovative engineering solutions with sustainable business practices, making a difference in industries and the communities they serve.
